Under 5's programme returns 9th Sept

The full range of our Under 5's programme will re-start from Monday 9th September; this includes our Dinky Dolphins, Weenie Whales and Pre-School Penguins.   Teeny Turtles (PlayGym) will re-start from Tuesday 3rd September.

Great Britain Selection

The Clubs very own Sam and Clare Clarke returned from a successful outing as representatives for Great Britain at the 12th TeamGym European Championships in Portugal between 17-20 October. Back in May, Sam was selected to represent GB in the Senior Men's Team and Clare was selected to be the Lead Coach of the GB Women's Unit for both Junior and Senior Teams.   In all the categories, the Nordic teams dominated the podium placings, however the Great British teams qualified for 5 out of the 6

FreeG and Adult Gym Online Booking!

Calling all FreeG and Adult Gym customers! From Tuesday 2nd April, the way you pay for FreeG and Adult Gym will be changing. The option for a members vs a non members price has been scrapped and the classes are now equally priced! Adult Gym - £9 including BG Membership FreeG - 1 hour £7, 1.5 hours £9, 2 hours £11 all including BG membership! You no longer need to phone up to book (which can often be tricky in peak times) you can simply book and pay online via the link on the top right of

Gymnast of the Year!

Our Annual Awards evening for gymnasts in competitive groups was held at Hastings Football Club on Saturday 13th January. The night was a complete success! With gymnasts and parents boogying all night! Many gymnasts were rewarded for their hard work and competition success this year, with our Gymnast of the Year award going to Sam Clarke!
