Holiday Gym

Ages 5+ years During the school holidays, we offer gym camps, which include fun, games and gymnastics activities. We also run skill specific Masterclasses.
Teeny Turtles

Ages 5 and under & Ages 8 and under Our Teeny Turtle sessions are 2 hour unstructured daytime drop-in sessions, where you can come along and use our purpose built facility with your child.
Weenie Whales

Walking - 3 years Our Weenie Whales sessions are 45 minutes semi-structured daytime drop-in sessions, which include structured learning by our coaches.
Dinky Dolphins

Ages 4 months - Walking Our Dinky Dolphins sessions are 45 minutes semi-structured drop-in sessions, which include structured learning and free play lead by our coaches.
Pre-School Penguins

Ages 3 to 5 years Our Pre-School classes are fully structured 45 minute independent classes, which are lead by our coaches. They follow the British Gymnastics FUNdementals programme.
General Gym

Ages 4+ years Our General Gym classes are fully structured 1 hour independent sessions. They are pre-planned classes that follow the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
Disability Gym

Ages 4+ years We offer both inclusive and exclusive options for children with disabilities. In our exclusive 45 minute structured class, parents and carers are welcome to assist.
Freestyle Gym

Ages 10+ years Our Freestyle Gym (FreeG) sessions are semi-structured freestyle/martial arts/gymnastics sessions in our purpose built freestyle gym.
Adult Gym

Ages 16+ years Our Adult Gym sessions are drop in weekly sessions, offering the flexibility of a fully or semi structured class. The class starts in our FreeG gym.
Boys Competitive

Invitation Only Our Boys Competitive group is an invitation only pathway, which offers competitive gymnastics for boys competing at General Gymnastics and TeamGym competitions. Please email for further details
Girls Competitive

Invitation Only Our Girls Competitive group is an invitation only pathway, which offers competitive gymnastics for girls competing at General Gymnastics and TeamGym competitions. Please email for further details
TeamGym

Invitation Only Our TeamGym squad in a competitive training group by invite or selection via our Boys and Girls competition groups. We compete in Regional to International levels. Please email for further details
